Just Amazing... (5 stars)
I dont know what these people are talking about... you want to hear wut sublime is all about and how they made it, this is it. so wut if its not studio produced... this is who they were. this cd shows them being them because its live, you cant top that. i also suggest the acoustic cd too. this is an amazing cd... get it. Sublime at their best (4 stars)
These guys were not a studio band. They were the finest ever live party band from Cali. The essence of Sublime is captured here. Reggae/surf/kickass rock fusion captured in its natural habitat. This is Sublime at their peak, completely scorching small venues. SBYV is case study of Brad Nowell's (RIP bro) vocal range, passion, sense of humor, and linguistic/improvisational skills. They could have trimmed the fat down to 11-12 songs or so.

This album is incredible. When I first became a sublime fan i didn't no that sublime released a live album, but then I found this and rocked my socks off! Every song on this album is just rockin! The only suggestion I make is that itunes completes this album by getting the live version of caress me down which is originally on this album! This is a must need for all sublime fans!
